Financial Literacy in Harlem

An all-star line-up of experts to converge Feb. 20 at the Schomburg to offer helpful tips and resources to survive past the current economic downturn

In an effort to meet this need, Your Money and You, a free financial education seminar will be presented at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture on Saturday, February 20, 2010. The seminar, which will be open to the public, is sponsored by Carver Federal Savings Bank, SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance, and Fidelity Investments.

Honorary guest, Congressman Charles B. Rangel (D), will kick off Your Money and You. A host of community and financial experts will serve as panelists to offer professional advice about how to become more financially savvy and resourceful during challenging times.
