The crazy-popular event (125,000 people attended last year) offers a chance to sample 'cue from pitmasters from around the country, amidst a  backdrop of live music, seminars, cooking demos and book signings. It's always a mob scene, so a fastpass – which entitles you and a guest to $100 in food as well as access to express lines – is a seriously good bet if you're planning on going.
